Food columnist and cookbook author Philip Potempa brings an all-new Thanksgiving-themed edition of his “From the Farm Cooking Show” to the TATC stage. Phil serves up the charm and traditions of the family farm kitchen he writes about in his popular “From the Farm” column for Chicago Tribune Media. Southern deep-fried turkey is the entrée highlight of the seven-course meal Phil will whip up along with featured seasonal recipes including pumpkin bread, sweet & sour cabbage soup, carrot cake, cheesy cracker spread and drunken cocktail weenies all toasted with a zippy white wine sangria. This two-hour program features more than $1,000 in prizes, games and giveaways.
